Cast physical foam model in silicone mould after sanding up to 600
Sand plastic die-casted model from 80 to 800 grit, ensure uniform smoothness
Apply 3D printed logo and finely sand.
Apply first coat of primer and sand off at 800.
After sanding primer fully, ensure imperfections are filled.
Repeat priming and sanding process for grits 1000-1500 for 3 full sessions
Take final, uniform priming layer and apply 3 coats of paint for stainless steel finish
Sand and polish first layer of paint, and repeat polishing and spraying process 4x times
